From two founders to a team of 19

Vannitoaremont 24 was founded in Tallinn city centre in 2010. We renovate bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets and saunas across Tallinn and Harju County. The same team stays with each bathroom from demolition to final grouting, so the tiler knows where the plumber installed the pipes.

A plumber and a tiler founded the company. Their two-person operation has grown into a team of 19. Our only office is in Tallinn city centre, where each bathroom in progress has a day-by-day schedule on the planning wall.

By the end of 2025, our office had recorded 1,888 completed jobs: 291 bathrooms, 283 shower rooms, 131 saunas, 219 toilets, 58 tiling jobs in new homes and 906 smaller improvements. Of these, 1,311 were in Tallinn and 577 elsewhere in Harju County. We completed 158 jobs in 2023, 167 in 2024 and 180 in 2025. Our 1,652 customers include 203 who commissioned more than one job.

One team from demolition to final grout

Our city centre office replies to enquiries within the same working day. The site visit and written quote are free. In a panel building, our surveyor opens the riser hatch and records the riser’s condition in the quote. The waterproofing warranty lasts 3 years. At the end of every working day, the crew leader sends the customer photos of the work; by the end of 2025, customers had received photos from 7,832 working days.

The warranty document names the tradesperson who applied the membrane and is responsible for it throughout the 3-year warranty. We had issued 1,383 such documents by the end of 2025.

A specialist for each trade

Tiler Indrek Lehtla and plumber Aivar Lepasaar founded Vannitoaremont 24 in Tallinn city centre in 2010. Aivar installed the pipes and drain; Indrek applied the membrane and tiles, having seen the pipe positions before the wall was closed. Indrek personally waterproofed 231 wet rooms by the end of 2016. By the end of 2025, Aivar had installed 2,917 metres of 16 mm PEX pipe.

That division of work still guides the company. One team takes a bathroom from demolition to the last grout joint, without subcontractors. The team has grown from two founders to 19 people, including an electrician, carpenter, surveyors, crew leaders and office staff. The founders completed 41 jobs in 2010; the team completed 180 in 2025.

Our only office is in Tallinn city centre. Its planning wall shows the day-by-day schedule for every active bathroom: demolition, plumbing and electrical work, waterproofing, tiling and sanitaryware installation. Office manager Kadri Lukk had approved 1,665 schedules in 12 years there by the end of 2025.

We photograph the membrane on each wall before tiling and send the photos with the warranty document, which names the person who applied it. The crew leader also sends progress photos at the end of each working day. Indrek manages the company and Aivar leads the plumbing work. By the end of 2025, we had taken 4,253 waterproofed-wall photos.
