By the end of 2025, our tilers had laid 15,309 m² of tiles and applied membrane to 8,706 m².

Tiler requirements

You need either two years of wet room tiling experience or a Tiler, Level 4 vocational certificate. You must be able to apply two-layer liquid membrane to the manufacturer’s instructions and install 60 × 120 cm tiles with a second person and vacuum lifters.

What we offer tilers

Every bathroom has a day-by-day schedule before work begins. Noisy work in apartment buildings ends at 5:00 p.m. The supplier brings tiles, adhesive and grout to the property. Your name appears on the warranty document as the person who applied the membrane. Gross monthly salary: €2,400.

Working as a plumber on our team

Our plumbers install bathroom pipework: in panel buildings, a 16 mm PEX branch to the flat’s shut-off valve and a 110 mm drain connected to the cast-iron riser; in private homes, a basement wastewater pump and a cistern suitable for a biological treatment unit. Every toilet installation ends with ten consecutive test flushes. By the end of 2025, our plumbers had connected 438 drains to cast-iron risers and installed 4,753 metres of PEX pipe.

Plumber requirements

You need either two years of water supply and drainage experience or a Plumber, Level 4 vocational certificate. You must be able to connect cast iron to plastic with a rubber transition coupling without cutting the riser, and install and test a basement wastewater pump with 50 litres of water.

What we offer plumbers

We agree the riser shutdown date with the apartment association before demolition begins. A tiler and electrician work on the same team, with no subcontractors on site. Gross monthly salary: €2,500.
