Who is responsible and what the form collects
Vannitoaremont 24 is responsible for personal data submitted through the vannitoaremont24.ee enquiry form. Its data protection contact address is info@vannitoaremont24.ee.
The form asks for your name, phone number, email address and a message describing the building, bathroom dimensions and work required. To send an enquiry, you must provide your name and either a phone number or an email address.
We also save the wet room service selected in the form and the address of the vannitoaremont24.ee page from which you sent the enquiry.
How we use your enquiry
Our city centre office responds, arranges a site visit and, after measuring the room, prepares a written quote with a day-by-day schedule. We pass the enquiry to the tradesperson who will carry out the work.
The legal basis for processing the enquiry is Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation: you request a site visit and quote as steps before entering into a contract.
Who sees your enquiry
Before the site visit and quote, the tradesperson doing the work and authorised processors who operate the form, deliver email and host the website can see the enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the form is being submitted by a person or an automated program.
Email sent to vannitoaremont24.ee is processed on the same legal basis and kept for the same period as an enquiry sent through the form.
Deletion after 18 months
We delete a bathroom enquiry 18 months after it is sent.
Your rights
As the sender, you have five rights:
- access your data;
- ask us to correct errors;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to processing;
- receive your data in a machine-readable file for transfer to another company.
To exercise a right, write to info@vannitoaremont24.ee with your name, the date you sent the enquiry and the right you wish to exercise. Send questions and requests about personal data to the same address; Vannitoaremont 24 replies in writing. The phone line is for renovation enquiries.
