The bathroom plumbing works cover the replacement of faucets, siphons and corner valves and the connection of the water piping to new sanitary equipment using PEX or copper piping with press fittings.
Vannitoaremont 24 attaches the water connections of the wall faucet to a metal mounting plate before tiling, so that the distance between the two connections is exactly 150 millimetres and the rosettes of the faucet rest tightly against the tiled wall without extensions.

What affects the price:
A full renovation of a bathroom in a panel building, 4.5 square metres, takes 12 working days from start to handover: 2 days of demolition, 3 days of plumbing and electricity, 2 days of waterproofing with drying time, 3 days of tiling and 2 days of sanitary equipment installation.
When the waterproofing dries, the schedule has its own working days, so the tiler starts with a dried membrane and tiling days do not shift.
Electrical work is done before the waterproofing, because the wires and boxes must remain behind the membrane, not on top of it. A hole cut later in the finished tile and membrane will damage both layers, so the electrician finishes his work before the tiler.

Site visit. The surveyor measured the 4.2 square meter bathroom, checked the old ungrounded wiring, and offered a 12 business day schedule.
Demolition, plumbing and electricity. Old tile, plaster and cast iron bath left in 2 days. The electrician placed the lights and sockets according to the EVS-HD 60364-7-701:2024 standard zones, the bathroom electrical circuit got its own fault current protector, and the wall faucet connections were fixed to the metal mounting plate with a 150 mm gap before tiling.
Waterproofing and tiling. The double layer membrane took 2 days with drying, each wall was photographed before tiling and tiling took 3 days.
Plumbing and handover. The load-bearing capacity of the floor slab was checked for a filled bath and a 300-kilogram human weight before the installation of the bath, and the customer's old wooden sink cabinet was painted in the colour of his choice and matched to the new plan.
